About the role

We are seeking an experienced and organized Personal Assistant (PA) to join our team at Esteem Metal Fabrication Sdn Bhd in Ulu Tiram, Johor. This full-time role will provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to our leadership team, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.

What you'll be doing

• Manage the daily calendar and schedule appointments for Director.
• Prepare meeting agendas, take detailed minutes, and follow up on action items
• Handle a variety of administrative tasks, including expense reporting, travel arrangements, and correspondence
• Provide customer service and act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
• Assist with special projects and other duties as required

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant in a similar role
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to priorities tasks and meet deadlines
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is a strong advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
• Experience in the manufacturing industry would be advantage
