Job Overview:
The Education Advisor (Executive Level – Administrative Support) is responsible for providing operational and administrative assistance to the Lead Education Advisor and the Sales Department. This role focuses on managing enrolment documentation, data reporting, and CRM updates while ensuring smooth execution of sales and recruitment processes. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively within a fast-paced academic environment.
Salary: RM1800 + Commission
Key Responsibilities
1. Administrative & Operational Support
- Provide administrative assistance to the Lead Education Advisor in daily sales operations and reporting tasks.
- Prepare and maintain student databases, enquiry logs, and CRM records to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate and organize files related to student applications, offers, and enrolment confirmations.
- Assist in preparing correspondence, presentation materials, and reports for management review.
- Handle scheduling, documentation, and coordination of departmental meetings or events.
2. Reporting & Data Management
- Compile and analyze sales reports, lead conversion statistics, and campaign performance for the Lead Education Advisor.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Track individual and team enrolment progress to support data-driven decision-making.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive student and financial information.
3. Sales Coordination & Customer Support
- Support the Education Advisor team by coordinating with prospective students for document submission, follow-ups, and appointment scheduling.
- Respond to basic student inquiries via email, phone, or social media in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure seamless coordination between Sales, Marketing, and Academic departments regarding student enrolment status.
- Assist in organizing and facilitating open days, education fairs, and recruitment events.
4. Process Improvement & Collaboration
- Suggest process improvements to enhance the efficiency of reporting and data tracking systems.
- Collaborate closely with Finance and HR departments for commission reporting and verification.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) within the Sales Department.
5. Professional Development & General Responsibilities
- Continuously update knowledge of program offerings, institutional policies, and student recruitment processes.
- Participate in training sessions, departmental briefings, and inter-departmental coordination meetings.
- Uphold professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical conduct in all communications and documentation.
- Undertake other administrative or reporting duties assigned by the Lead Education Advisor or Sales Manager.
Pay: RM1,800.00 per month
