Rail Systems & Operations Engineer

About the Company

Our client is a Singapore-based engineering and transport solutions company specializing in railway systems, rail operations, and infrastructure projects across Singapore and overseas markets.

The company is currently hiring for multiple positions, including:

• Rail Systems & Operations Engineer
• Superintendent (SP) Operation & Maintenance
• Superintendent (SP) Railway Operation
• Assistant Superintendent (ASP) Railway Operation

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate defect rectification works, site inspections, and operational follow-up activities
• Support railway operational safety, testing coordination, and compliance activities
• Liaise with contractors, project teams, facility users, and regulatory authorities
• Prepare operational reports, documentation, presentations, and records
• Support facility operations, maintenance coordination, and improvement initiatives
• Assist in operational planning, stakeholder coordination, and event support activities

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related discipline
• Experience in railway operations, train testing, infrastructure, or engineering projects is preferred
• Good coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced operational environment
• Knowledge of railway safety procedures and documentation is advantageous
