Process Engineer / Application Engineer (Ion Implantation Equipment)

About the Company

Our client is a leading US multinational specializing in advanced semiconductor equipment and process solutions, serving wafer fabrication customers globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical and application support for ion implantation equipment and semiconductor manufacturing processes.
• Optimize ion implant processes to improve yield, productivity, and equipment performance.
• Support equipment installation, qualification, process development, and validation at customer sites.
• Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and customer training.
• Work closely with Sales and Engineering teams to recommend solutions based on customer requirements.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process-related issues, providing timely technical support.
• Analyze process data, prepare technical reports, and recommend continuous improvements.
• Collaborate with global engineering and product teams on new product introductions and application development.

Requirement

• sBachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Materials Science, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline
• .Experience in Ion Implantation or semiconductor front-end wafer fabrication equipment
• .Background as a Process Engineer, Application Engineer, Equipment Engineer, or Field Service Engineer within the semiconductor industry
• .Strong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and customer applications
• .Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• .Willing to travel to customer sites when required
