Job Description

Responsibilities

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee the full spectrum of HR functions and serve as a trusted partner to Management. The successful candidate will play a key role in attracting, developing and retaining talent, ensuring HR compliance and driving people initiatives that support the Firm’s strategic objectives and continued growth.


Job Descriptions:

•       Oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes in the firm

•       Manage staffing processes including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding and offboarding

•       Ensure HR Policy implementation, compliance and updating

•       Manage the annual performance management assessment

•       Conduct market salary survey, benchmarking with other law firms and recommending to Management

•       Prepare proposals for budget and group insurance renewal. Liaise with insurance agents

•       Maintain records of personnel-related data both in hard copy and in the system

•       Act as administrator for HRMS system

•       Supervise, mentor and guide junior subordinates

•       Prepare monthly reports and updates for Management

•       Handle discipline and termination in accordance with the firm’s policy

•       Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor and Management



Skills

•       Strong interest in human resources

•       Good academic credentials or work experience

•       Positive attitude and good leadership skills

•       Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

•       Independent, self-motivated, organized and result oriented individual capable of handling multiple tasks

•       In-depth knowledge of employment related laws and regulations

•       Ability to handle all levels of people, communicate effectively and foster a team-oriented working relationship

•       Ability to act with integrity, professionalism and confidentiality



Qualifications / Experience Required:

•       5 to 7 years’ working experience as HR Manager in any reputable organisation

•       Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resources

•       Knowledge and experience in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook and MS Powerpoint
