Responsibilities

Summary:

Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for managing complex projects in a dynamic technical environment? As a Project Manager at IQIP, you will oversee large-scale projects ranging from €1-30 million, ensuring they are delivered On Spec, Budget, and in Time (OSBIT). You will work in a global team, collaborating across departments and with customers to drive successful outcomes. As a Project Manager, you are responsible for overseeing projects from sales through to delivery and demobilization. You will manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment across departments such as Sales, Engineering, Procurement, Logistics, Production, Rental Fleet, and Finance.


You will:

  • Lead projects involving non-standard products and new developments.
  • Work closely with international teams and locations.
  • Balance various interests, ensuring effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Collaborate with team leads to maintain control over quality, costs, and deadlines.
  • Ensure clear and structured project execution within the Tender & Projects Department.
  • Report directly to the Director of Tender & Project Execution.


RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Oversee the full project lifecycle, from initiation to delivery.
  • Ensure projects meet technical, financial, and scheduling requirements.
  • Lead and coordinate teams, ensuring alignment across functions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage risks, solve challenges, and negotiate agreements effectively.
  • Maintain clear communication and reporting on project progress.


QUALIFICATION:

  • A higher academic education or university degree a higher educational institution, preferably in a technical field. (mechanical engineering)
  • Formal Project Management training (PMP, IPMA, PRINCE II).
  • Proven experience with at least 5 years of working experience in a similar project management role.
  • Extensive knowledge of heavy machinery and hydraulic systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, adaptability, and negotiation abilities.
  • A hands-on, proactive, and results-driven mindset.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
  • Remuneration package will be based on experience
