Job Description Summary

We are seeking a Senior SAP BPC Consultant to support enterprise-level planning, consolidation, and financial reporting solutions. The role involves leading critical AMS support operations, driving enhancements, and ensuring system stability during key financial cycles such as Month-End Close (MEC), Quarter-End Close (QEC), and Year-End Close (YEC).

This position requires strong functional expertise, stakeholder engagement, and leadership in managing both support and project-based deliverables

Job Description

1. Application Support & Operations

• Provide L3-level support for SAP BPC incidents, service requests, and problem management

• Lead troubleshooting of: Data inconsistencies Process chain failures Consolidation and reporting issues

• Ensure system availability and performance during critical closing cycles (MEC/QEC/YEC)

2. Change & Enhancement Delivery

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Change Requests (CRs) including: Requirement analysis Effort estimation and solution design Build, testing, and deployment

• Drive continuous improvements in planning, forecasting, and consolidation processes

3. Stakeholder Management

• Act as primary interface with finance users, business stakeholders, and leadership

• Provide functional advisory on: Financial planning & budgeting Consolidation rules and reporting structures

• Translate business requirements into SAP BPC solutions

4. Technical & Functional Leadership

• Lead and mentor junior consultants

• Review solution designs and ensure adherence to best practices

• Manage escalations and provide root cause analysis for recurring issues

• Drive knowledge sharing and documentation standards

Required Skills & Experience

Core Expertise

• Strong experience in SAP BPC (Planning & Consolidation)

• Hands-on experience in: EPM reporting Data loads and validations BPF (Business Process Flow)

• Good understanding of financial processes (FICO integration)

Experience Level

• 3+ years in SAP BPC

• Experience in AMS / support environment with exposure to enterprise clients

Nice-to-Have

• Experience in multi-country finance environments

• Exposure to S/4HANA Finance or migration projects

• Knowledge of IFRS / financial compliance frameworks
