We’re Hiring: Build the Market with Us

At ELTA Asia, we don’t just supply ventilation systems—we deliver high-performance air movement and smoke control solutions across commercial, industrial, and mission-critical projects throughout Asia.


We’re looking for someone who will go to market, open doors, and win new business.

 

Your Mission

You will take ownership of driving revenue growth by:

  • Developing new customers, projects, and market segments
  • Engaging consultants & engineers to influence specifications early
  • Building and managing a strong sales pipeline
  • Driving opportunities from concept → tender → closing
  • Expanding relationships with contractors, developers & decision-makers

 

What You’ll Do

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities (not just enquiries)
  • Build and sustain a healthy pipeline through active prospecting
  • Promote ELTA solutions through technical presentations and proposals
  • Manage full sales cycle from specification → quotation → negotiation → closing
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful project execution
  • Provide market insights and contribute to growth strategies

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Background in Mechanical Engineering / HVAC or related
  • Experience in technical sales / engineering solutions
  • Ability to understand technical requirements and propose solutions
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • A proactive, results-driven “hunter” mindset
  • Comfortable engaging consultants, contractors & decision-makers

 

*HVAC / ventilation experience is a plus
