Job Summary:

Assist the Sr Production Executive to coordinate the planning management of the Production Department, follow up on abnormal production in the workshop, and organize the three-level safety education and training of the department.

Key Responsibilites:

• Organize weekly morning meetings to analyze and summarize problems in the production process and promote prevention and solution measures;
• Track the tail-end products, establish digital control methods, and communicate and urge relevant personnel from time to time;
• Responsible for the management of materials in the transit warehouse, taking inventory as required to ensure that the accounts and materials are consistent;
• Responsible for finding the causes of material damage and implementing control measures;
• According to the production plan, reasonably arrange personnel work to avoid manpower waste, improve work efficiency and reduce production costs;

Qualifications (Education & Experience):

• Diploma , Degree and related certificate .
• Received training in production planning, operation control, on-site production and quality management, production safety, production cost, quality system, and other related knowledge training
• Familiar with THT processes, and has experience in production management, cost control, and quality management;
• Strong on-site control and management ability, organizational and coordination ability, good planning execution ability, leadership ability and teamwork.
• Positive, optimistic, dedicated work attitude, strong execution and stress resistance
