We are looking to hire an Investor Relations Operations Associate.

Responsibilities

• Support investor communication and relationship management activities
• Assist in preparing periodic investor reports and performance updates
• Handle ad-hoc information requests from current and prospective investors
• Update and maintain presentations and investor materials
• Coordinate investor meetings and manage follow-up communications
• Assist with investor due diligence processes and documentation
• Support the preparation and distribution of fund updates and newsletters
• Help maintain the investor database and contact management system
• Collaborate with investment and operations teams to gather accurate information

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrable proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines
• Willingness to take ownership of work, working both independently and within a small team
• Familiarity with alternative investments and in particular, hedge funds, is preferred
• Experience with CRM systems and investor database management is advantageous but not required
