Responsibilities
Main Duties And Responsibilities
5.5 working days (Monday to Friday: 7am – 6pm, Saturday: 7am - 1pm)
Office location
23 Chin Bee Avenue, Singapore 619943 (Nearest MRT: Boon Lay)
Job Requirements
- Raw meat handling and processing
- Perform meat-cutting functions including trimming, portioning, slicing, and processing to specifications
- Operate simple processing equipment and machineries such as grinders, choppers, bowl cutters and filler
- Weigh and sort meat products according to product specifications
- Cleaning of food processing equipment, tools and production area
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of work surfaces and equipment in compliance with food safety standards
- Identify and report any quality issues to the supervisor
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure the work environment remains safe and compliant with quality and safety standards
- Daily housekeeping duties

Job Requirements
- Previous experience in food manufacturing or production is preferred; but not mandatory
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment
- Comfortable working in cold environment (~15C)
