Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Construction Manager role based Klang Valley. The Construction Manager oversees all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination of site activities. Responsibilities include managing site teams and subcontractors, monitoring project progress, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and resolving on-site issues. The role involves reviewing drawings and specifications, controlling project costs, tracking budgets and timelines, and preparing regular progress reports for stakeholders. The Construction Manager works closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills and experience leading site teams and subcontractors.
• Candidates should possess solid Budgeting and Project Control skills to manage costs, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Candidates should possess practical Construction knowledge and hands-on experience in building and fit-out projects.
• Candidates should possess thorough Construction Safety awareness and the ability to enforce safety regulations and best practices.
• Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in managing construction or interior fit-out projects from start to completion.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Puchong and adapt to a fast-paced project environment.
