About the Company

My client is a fast-growing renewable energy company focused on delivering sustainable solar solutions for residential customers across Malaysia. As part of our expansion, we are seeking a driven and experienced sales professional to join our team and contribute to the growth of clean energy adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive residential solar PV sales across the Central Region
• Lead, guide, and support the sales team to achieve targets
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed KPIs
• Identify new business opportunities and build strong customer relationships
• Conduct site visits, proposals, and consultations with homeowners
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in solar — fresh grads are welcome to apply
• Strong hunter mindset, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Highly disciplined, self-motivated, and results-oriented
• Willingness to travel within the Central Region

What We Offer

• Basic salary: RM3,000 – RM3,500
• Commission: 0.5% – 3.5% (structured, performance-based)
