Responsibilities

Role Overview

A leading F&B group is seeking motivated and ambitious fresh graduates to join its Management Trainee Programme (F&B Operations). This structured programme is designed to develop future leaders by providing comprehensive training, hands-on operational experience, and mentorship from experienced managers.


Management Trainees will gain exposure to all aspects of restaurant operations while developing the leadership, business, and operational skills required to progress into management roles.


Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in a structured Management Trainee Programme covering all aspects of F&B operations.
  • Support the daily operations of the outlet to ensure smooth workflow, operational efficiency, and excellent customer service.
  • Learn and apply company policies, operational procedures, and service standards.
  • Assist Outlet Managers in supervising daily operations, shift planning, and team coordination.
  • Build a strong understanding of restaurant operations, food quality standards, inventory management, and customer engagement.
  • Monitor service quality and contribute to delivering an exceptional dining experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational improvements and business initiatives.
  • Analyze operational performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and service standards.
  • Handle customer inquiries and feedback professionally while ensuring timely resolution.
  • Complete assigned projects and training milestones as part of the leadership development programme.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

  • Starting salary above RM4,000 per month.
  • Salary increased to RM4,500 upon confirmation (subject to performance).
