Job Description

• Full recruitment activities & employee onboarding/offboarding
• Work passes application, renewal and cancellation
• Update and maintain employees' database (in Excel and System)
• MOM survey (OED)
• Manage Justlogin HR System
• Preparation of employment contracts and letters related to HR
• Manage workers’ accommodation including check-in to, and check-out from dormitories
• Training matters
• Calculate monthly overtime and allowances
• Office general admin
• And any other ad-hoc duties

Job Requirement

• O/ A levels / Diploma holder with 2 year of relevant working experience.
• Preferably with at least 2 of experience in Construction industry.
• Good knowledge of MOM regulations and other statutory boards regulations
• Must be independent
• Bilingual (English & Mandarin), able to read & write due to the document from HQ (Taiwan) is in Mandarin
• Knowledge of using basic microsoft powerpoint/ privot table/ vlookup
