Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct post-renovation inspections at client residential units.
• Review approved renovation drawings and demolition details before inspections.
• Coordinate inspection appointments with renovation contractors.
• Inspect renovation works to ensure compliance with approved HDB plans.
• Identify and report any non-compliance immediately with photographic evidence.
• Capture clear site photographs to support inspection findings.
• Prepare and submit inspection reports by the end of each working day.
• Submit weekly and monthly inspection progress reports.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and documentation.
• Liaise with client officers, contractors and relevant stakeholders to ensure timely inspections.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in building construction or site supervision.
• Able to work in 12-hour shifts & Weekend schedule as well
• Familiar with building drawings and construction practices.
• Good report writing and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Possess a driving licence (preferred).
• Able to travel to various client residential estates across Singapore.
• Responsible, meticulous, and able to work independently.
• Must have good knowledge and experience in CAD & Revit
