Job Description

Responsibilities

We are looking for a Sales Admin to support our sales and design team in day-to-day operations. This role is crucial in ensuring quotations, documents, follow-ups, and customer coordination are handled efficiently so the sales team can focus on closing projects.

The ideal candidate is highly organised, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced renovation environment.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Quotation Support

  • Prepare, format, and manage quotations, proposals, and invoices

  • Assist sales designers in revising quotations and tracking changes

  • Ensure all quotation documents are properly filed and updated

  • Follow up with clients on quotation status and approvals

Customer Coordination

  • Handle incoming enquiries via WhatsApp, email, and phone

  • Schedule appointments between clients and sales designers

  • Provide prompt responses to customer queries and basic information

  • Maintain professional communication with clients at all times

Administrative Duties

  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales data

  • Organise contracts, purchase orders, and sales documentation

  • Support submission of documents for approvals and signatures

  • Assist with simple reports (sales tracking, job status, payment status)

Internal Coordination

  • Coordinate with project managers and operations team for job handovers

  • Update internal trackers (Google Sheets / CRM / project systems)

  • Ensure smooth transition from sales to project execution

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years experience in sales admin or administrative support

  • Experience in interior design, renovation, construction, or related industry preferred

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills

  • Proficient in Google Workspace / Microsoft Office

  • Comfortable handling WhatsApp and customer communication

  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn
