Requirements

  We are seeking an individual who possesseses:

  1. Experience: At least 1 year of relevant work experience, ideally in e-commerce catalog management, product photography, or similar fields.
  2. Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret sales data, monitor trends and competitors’ movements, and support decision-making
  3. Administrative Skills: Ability to manage administrative tasks, such as, SKU generation, sales processing, inventory coordination and management.
  4. Marketing Planning Skills: Ability to design and execute marketing promotions and activities
  5. Technical Skills: Expertise in using digital cameras, Meta Business Suite, e-commerce and social media platforms (such Facebook, TikTok, Shopee), Microsoft Excel, Adobe Acrobat, Google Analytics, online tools.
  6. Creative Media Design Skills: Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator), and desktop video editing software (like Premiere Pro, CapCut).
  7. Communication Skills: Customer Service and Communication Skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain positive customer relationships.
  8. Sales Skills: Sales Skills to support promotions, upselling, and cross-selling in online and offline channels
  9. Multitasking: Capability to manage various tasks simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.

Responsibilities

  This is a full time, on-site e-commerce role based in Shah Alam. The role involves catalogue management, inventory coordination, assets organization through the maintenance of a digital library of raw and edited visual assets for immediate marketing applications, managing online product listings, updating pricing, and promotions, and ensuring accurate and appealing product information across digital platforms. Daily tasks include monitoring online orders, coordinating with customer service and sales teams, and resolving order or delivery issues promptly. The e-commerce team member will track marketplaces performances, analyze sales and customer behavior, and suggest improvements to increase conversion and customer satisfaction. The role also includes creating digital posters, reels and events announcements, responding to customer inquiries, preparing basic sales reports, and supporting marketing campaigns related to online sales.

Designated tasks:

  • Catalog Management – Add new jewelry items, write product descriptions and specifications, and arrange online collections.
  • Store Management – Refresh product listings, adjust pricing, provide detailed specifications (materials, sizes), and align relevant media with listings on ecommerce platforms (TikTok, Shopee, etc.).
  • Inventory Coordination – Keep daily stock levels updated, synchronize inventory across various sales channels, revise product availability, and monitor stock trends.
  • Creative Media Design – Design engaging posts, reels, posters, and digital flyers for business announcements, sales events, and new product launches.
  • Asset Organization – Maintain an orderly and organized digital library of all raw and edited visual assets for immediate marketing and store applications.
  • Order Fulfillment – Oversee daily incoming orders, including packaging and fulfillment processes.
  • Customer Inquiries – Address customer inquiries related to order status, tracking, and product information via email, live chat, or social media.
  • Ad-hoc Duties – Carry out additional tasks as assigned.
