• Work embedded within Agile squads to support release planning, execution, and governance activities.

• Participate as part of the Release Center of Excellence (COE) to ensure smooth delivery processes.

• Contribute to Release Governance activities including compliance, tracking, and process adherence.

• Manage and track Post Implementation Reviews (PIR) and ensure follow-up actions are completed.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives for release and delivery processes.

• Assist in squad-level release planning including scope definition, build, and test capacity planning during sprints.

• Support release defect management and ensure timely resolution of issues.

• Assist in release implementation activities including Business Verification Testing (BVT) support and analyst triage.

• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth deployment and release execution.

• Contribute to improving overall release quality, efficiency, and delivery predictability.
