Job Description

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Issue shipping documents (e.g: Bills of Lading, Arrival Notice, Declare Import & Export Permit)
  • Ensure customer's orders are processed promptly & accurately
  • Ensure timely & accurate billing process
  • Maintain inventory accuracy in WMS system
  • Manage the receiving & processing functions following the warehouse operation

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year experience in logistics industry
  • Customer service experience in Trucking & Warehousing
  • Familiar with MS Office, SAP / WMS
  • Good team player
