Responsibilities
BPS Global is seeking a highly capable Building Services Manager to lead and manage Electrical & Mechanical (E&M) works across our construction, engineering, and automation projects. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality building services systems in compliance with project, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee all E&M building services works across multiple projects
Manage project planning, coordination, and execution of HVAC, electrical, and building automation systems
Collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
Monitor project progress, cost, quality, and compliance with statutory and safety requirements
Review and manage technical designs, drawings, and specifications
Identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation strategies to maintain project timelines
Ensure all works comply with local regulations, codes, and industry standards
Lead and supervise site teams and subcontractors to achieve project goals
Requirement:
Degree in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline
Minimum 10–12 years of relevant experience in construction or engineering projects
Strong background in E&M systems, including HVAC, electrical, and building automation systems
Proven track record in managing large-scale construction, engineering, or automation projects
Sound knowledge of statutory requirements and safety regulations
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders effectively
Experience in automation or smart building systems will be an advantage
Experience with an E&M contractor
Exposure to commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects
