Customer Offers:

Philex regularly gets enquiries from our customers to offer products and you would be asked to:

• Correspond with customers to ascertain their product requirements
• Correspond with suppliers and our design team to find or develop products our customer’s request
• Negotiate pricing and terms (e.g. delivery) with suppliers
• Creating sales presentations for customers
• Attending and contributing to sales meetings with customers

Order Follow Up:

• Following existing orders to ensure they are fulfilled to the customers requirements and processed effectively
• Trouble shooting where issues arise with suppliers or customers

Requirements:

• English, Mandarin and Cantonese proficiency
• Ability to travel to mainland China when needed
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
