We are looking for a passionate, full-time tutor who wants to be part of a teaching culture that values genuine understanding and productive struggle over shortcuts.

The Role

As a Full-Time Tutor, you will guide Primary and Secondary students across English, Mathematics, and Science. You will deliver engaging, structured lessons using our facilitative teaching frameworks, helping students build confidence, sharpen their thinking, and take ownership of their learning.

What You Will Do

• Teach English, Mathematics, and Science at Primary and Secondary levels
• Deliver well-paced, interactive lessons that develop reasoning and critical thinking, not just answers
• Track student progress and provide clear, constructive feedback to students and parents
• Use and adapt Edtivate's curriculum materials and pedagogical frameworks
• Maintain a positive, encouraging classroom environment that supports every learner

What We Are Looking For

• Strong proficiency in English (spoken and written)
• Ability to teach English, Mathematics, and Science at both Primary and Secondary levels
• A degree or relevant qualification, or strong teaching experience
• A genuine passion for education and student development
• Patience, clarity, and the ability to explain concepts in more than one way
• Reliable, organised, and a strong team player
