Sales Manager
Job Responsibilities
Assume full responsibility for sales operations in the Singapore market; formulate regional sales strategies and lead the team to achieve annual revenue targets.
Manage a sales team of five, overseeing recruitment, training, performance appraisals, and team motivation.
Develop local distributors and key corporate accounts; independently handle business negotiations, contract execution, and payment collection.
Monitor competitors and market trends; regularly produce sales data analyses and market expansion plans.
Manage regional sales budgets and channel expenses; collaborate with the marketing department to execute offline promotional activities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher; minimum 3 years of local sales experience in Singapore and 2+ years of team management experience.
Fluent in Business English, capable of independently managing client relations entirely in English; fluency in Mandarin is a plus.
Proficient in CRM software and Excel data analysis; possession of a Singapore driver’s license is an advantage.
Results-oriented with strong resilience under pressure; familiar with local business practices in Singapore.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary of SGD 6,000–10,000 + high sales commissions + 13th-month salary + year-end bonus; comprehensive medical insurance, annual leave, and travel allowances.

Pay: $5,000.00 - $9,841.37 per month
