Operational Manager (Healthcare & GP Clinics)

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Operational Manager to oversee daily clinic operations, improve efficiency, and ensure excellent patient care across our growing GP clinic network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee day-to-day clinic operations.
• Lead and develop clinical and non-clinical teams.
• Monitor operational performance and implement improvements.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies.
• Prepare reports, manage KPIs, and support business growth initiatives.
• Maintain high standards of patient service and clinic efficiency.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare or GP clinic operations management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clinics and operational priorities.
• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and clinic management systems.
