Job Description
Responsibilities
- Measurement, taking off and preparation of bills of quantities of all building and infrastructure work elements.
- Preparation of tender documents and contract documents for both main and sub cont.
- Assist in tender evaluation , interview and award process
- Attend site, client & consultant meeting
- Evaluate & carry out cost benefit analysis.
- Attend site valuation and prepare interim and final valuation certification.
- Assist in the preparation of variation order.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly forecast cost to complete report
- Responsible for both and post contract phases of the project Trans
- Verification of project costing documents
- Advising superiors on contract details
- Handling multiple projects
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
Work Location: In person
