Role Description The Network Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Kota Damansara. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless solutions. Daily tasks include monitoring network performance, performing troubleshooting and root cause analysis, and resolving connectivity and security issues. The Network Engineer will configure and optimize network services, implement security policies, and support upgrades and migrations. The role also involves working closely with internal teams and clients, documenting configurations and changes, and ensuring high availability and reliability of network services.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Network Engineering and Network Design for planning, deploying, and optimizing network architectures.
• Candidates should possess solid Network Administration and Troubleshooting skills for managing day-to-day operations and resolving technical issues.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Network Security for implementing secure configurations, policies, and best practices.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent are beneficial.
• Experience with enterprise networking equipment, routing protocols, VLANs, VPNs, and firewalls is preferred.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively on-site with cross-functional teams.
• Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is advantageous.
