Job Description
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the resort and ensure smooth departmental coordination.
- Lead and manage Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Kitchen and Maintenance teams.
- Supervise a workforce of approximately 25 employees, including 3 Department Heads.
- Ensure exceptional guest service and promptly resolve guest feedback and complaints.
- Drive occupancy, revenue growth and overall resort profitability.
- Monitor budgets, expenses, purchasing and inventory controls.
- Maintain compliance with company SOPs, service standards and safety requirements.
- Recruit, train, coach and evaluate employees to achieve operational excellence.
- Ensure the resort facilities, equipment and grounds are properly maintained.
- Promote a positive work culture while supporting the resort's eco-tourism and sustainability objectives
