Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Service Administrator role based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Service Administrator will coordinate daily service center operations, including scheduling customer appointments, managing service tickets, and maintaining accurate records in internal systems. This role involves supporting customers with inquiries, guiding them through service processes, and liaising with technicians to ensure timely resolution of service requests. The individual will assist in handling documentation for repairs, warranties, and parts ordering, while helping to track inventory and service-related reports. The Service Administrator will also collaborate with the team to improve service workflows, ensure compliance with Apple service standards, and provide occasional support for training and customer education initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance, including scheduling, data entry, documentation, and record management.
  • Basic Technical Support capabilities to understand Apple products, service processes, and coordinate with technicians.
  • Experience or aptitude in Training, such as supporting customer education or assisting in staff training on service procedures.
  • Ability to use office and service management software; familiarity with Apple ecosystem is an advantage.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail service environment.
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing or service administration role, preferably in technology or retail, is beneficial.
  • Minimum diploma or equivalent qualification; higher education in business, administration, or related fields is an advantage.
