Role Description This is a contract, on-site Test Engineer role based in Bayan Lepas, open to fresh graduates. The Test Engineer will support testing activities across product development cycles, including understanding requirements, preparing test scenarios, and designing test cases. Daily responsibilities include executing test cases, documenting test results, reporting defects, and collaborating with engineering and QA teams to ensure issues are reproduced and resolved. The role involves participating in functional testing, regression testing, and validation of system behaviors to meet quality standards and customer expectations. The Test Engineer is expected to follow established testing processes, maintain clear documentation, and contribute to continuous improvement in test coverage and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a foundational understanding of Test Engineering and Testing principles.
• Candidates should possess skills in Test Execution and documenting Test Cases.
• Candidates should possess experience or academic exposure to Functional Testing and related quality assurance practices.
• Relevant academic background in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Open for fresh graduates/ Experience up to 2 years
• Ability to analyze requirements, identify edge cases, and communicate issues clearly to technical teams.
• Attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and willingness to learn testing tools and methodologies.
• Comfort working in an on-site, collaborative environment and following structured processes and documentation standards.
