Role Description The Digital Learning Intern is a full-time hybrid role based in Semenyih, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. This role supports the design, development, and delivery of digital learning experiences and AI-focused education initiatives for educators, learners, and organizational partners. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting research on AI and education trends, assisting in curriculum and learning resource development, preparing digital content and materials for workshops, and helping manage online learning platforms and tools. The intern will also support data collection and analysis for program evaluation, coordinate logistics for training sessions and events, and contribute to documentation and reporting. Collaboration with internal teams and partners, clear communication, and proactive problem-solving are essential to ensure high-quality learning experiences and smooth project execution.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data, evaluate learning outcomes, and generate insights for continuous improvement.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present information clearly to diverse education and industry stakeholders.
• Foundational understanding of digital strategy, especially in the context of learning technologies, online education, or AI-related programs.
• Basic project management abilities, such as organizing tasks, tracking timelines, and coordinating activities across multiple initiatives.
• Exposure to or interest in digital marketing for education or training programs, including content creation and audience engagement.
• Interest in AI, responsible technology use, and education transformation; prior coursework or self-learning in these areas is an advantage.
• Comfort working in a hybrid environment in Semenyih, with the ability to collaborate both in-person and remotely.
• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in education, instructional design, communications, social sciences, business, or a related field.
• Proficiency with common productivity and collaboration tools (e.g. Canva, Capcut, Adobe and others )
