Role Description The Administrative Specialist will provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth operations across teams in a fully remote, full-time capacity. Responsibilities include managing calendars, scheduling meetings, organizing digital files, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate records in company systems. The role will support customer-facing activities by handling inquiries, directing requests, and ensuring timely follow-up. The Administrative Specialist will also assist with basic financial and operational tasks such as tracking expenses, updating spreadsheets, and supporting internal documentation. Collaboration with team members across time zones, careful attention to detail, and proactive communication are essential to success in this role.

  • Customer Service skills to manage inquiries, provide professional support, and maintain positive user and partner relationships.
  • Basic Finance skills to assist with expense tracking, data entry, and monitoring operational budgets.
  • Comfort working in a remote, technology-driven environment, with proficiency in common productivity and collaboration tools.
  • High level of accuracy, organization, and time management, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Prior experience in administrative or operations roles; exposure to AI, fintech, HR tech, edtech, or health tech is an advantage.
  • Relevant education or training in business administration, finance, or a related field is preferred.
