Creative Content SpecialistThe Role
You'll own Easy Europe's content and storytelling across all marketing channels — from social media, website content, email campaigns, tour launches, brochures, and lead magnets to video scripts and campaign messaging.
This is not just a "write captions" role or a "post on social media" role. Your job is to create content that captures attention, builds trust, and turns travellers into enquiries.
You'll work closely with the Growth Marketing Specialist, Graphic Designer, Video Editor, Sales Team, and Product Team to ensure every piece of content is aligned with our campaigns, brand positioning, and business goals.
You should be someone who understands both creativity and marketing. You don't just write well — you understand why people buy, what captures attention, and how great storytelling influences customer decisions. You will help Easy Europe build a stronger brand by creating content that educates, inspires, and converts.
What You'll Own
- Own and manage the content calendar across all marketing platforms.
- Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email marketing, and the company website.
- Write compelling captions, articles, website copy, landing page copy, tour descriptions, brochures, EDMs, and promotional materials.
- Research travel trends, customer behaviour, and competitor content to generate fresh and relevant ideas.
- Script short-form videos, educational travel content, customer stories, and brand campaigns.
- Develop campaign messaging for tour launches, promotions, seasonal campaigns, lead magnets, and special departures.
- Work closely with the Graphic Designer and Video Editor to ensure visuals communicate the intended story and campaign objective.
- Coordinate with the Growth Marketing Specialist to ensure all content supports lead generation and conversion goals.
- Review, edit, and proofread all marketing content before publication.
- Ensure all content maintains Easy Europe's tone of voice, brand positioning, and quality standards.
- Use AI tools to speed up research, brainstorming, content creation, editing, and workflow improvements.
- Build simple SOPs, content guidelines, and templates to improve consistency and efficiency.

Experience
- Experience in content marketing, copywriting, social media, communications, or digital marketing.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills in English.
- Experience creating content across multiple digital platforms.
- Experience writing website copy, landing pages, email campaigns, and social media content.
- Familiarity with SEO fundamentals, keywords, and website content optimisation is an advantage.
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or similar platforms for content creation and productivity.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, customer journey, and lead generation.
- Experience working with designers and video editors to produce marketing campaigns.
- Experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, education, property, or service-based businesses is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media, English, or a related field is an advantage — but proven capability matters more than credentials.
Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
