Job Description
- Responsible overall supervision of project site progress.
- Coordinate with factory manager and the sub-contractors
- Knowledge in Customized furniture, interior construction, M&E and plumbing works is more advantage
- Plan project schedule and project timeline tracking
- Supervise, monitor, coordinate labour/ sub-contractors and other works at site
- Supervise, monitor, coordinate and control all daily construction works at the project site and adhere to control document, procedures and safety
- Ensuring all work carried out in accordance to order requirements, drawing and project timeline
- Any other tasks to be assigned by the Superiors from time to time
- Manage and supervise day-to-day project activities to ensure projects are executed and on schedule.
- Perform stand in supervision and co-ordination of work site
- Perform day to day supervision of site progress
- Undertake any and all other duties, responsibilities as instructed by the superior.
- Attend project / site meetings coordinate site activities.
- Conduct site survey and measurement work.
- Monitor work progress and ensure that all works are in accordance to drawing, specification and procedure.
- Maintain close communication with contractor, sub-contractor to plan and deliver accurate delivery scheduling.
- Monitor site management and control daily progress until the project site is satisfactory handover.
Job Requirements:-
- Candidate must possess at least SPM/Vocational Certificate
- Required skill(s): Preferred skills
- Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia
- At least 7-10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for the position
- Hardworking, constantly striving to improve, take initiative to follow up, and providing suggestions to improve.
- Can work under pressure, multi tasking, flexibility, tough work.
- Any interior design or renovation experience will be an advantages
· The candidate shall be proactive, positively motivated, a good team player, have strong problem-solving skills and good interpersonal and communication skills.
