Role Description The Office Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based in the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This role is responsible for managing daily office operations, including handling correspondence, organizing files and records, and maintaining office supplies and equipment. The Office Administrator will coordinate schedules, support meetings and appointments, prepare basic reports and documentation, and assist with data entry and record maintenance. The role involves interacting with internal teams and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries, and providing customer service support as needed. The Office Administrator will also help ensure a well-organized, efficient, and professional office environment.
Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess skills in Office Administration and Administrative Assistance to manage daily operations and documentation.
  • Candidates should possess skills in using and maintaining Office Equipment to support a smooth and efficient workplace.
  • Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact effectively with colleagues, clients, and suppliers.
