Key Responsibilities
Education & Experience
- Requirements Management & Project Delivery
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, validate, and document business requirements.
- Manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle using tools like JIRA and Confluence.
- Oversee both software development and maintenance projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives in an Agile environment.
- Vendor & Deliverable Management
- Act as the primary point of contact working with outsourced vendors.
- Track, monitor, and review vendor deliverables to ensure quality, scope compliance, and timely delivery.
- Quality Assurance & Testing
- Define testing strategies and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes.
- Coordinate with business users and QA teams to ensure system functionalities meet specified requirements and high-quality standards.
- Project Management Support
- Apply project management best practices to assist in tracking project timelines, managing risks, and ensuring smooth execution.
Education & Experience
- Degree: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Over 5 years of professional experience working as a Business Analyst.
- Proven track record of working on Agile projects.
- Hands-on experience in both system development (build) and maintenance/support phases.
- Tools: Highly proficient with requirements management and tracking tools, specifically JIRA and Confluence.
