Responsibilities
Job Descriptions:
1. Involves in the delivery of telecommunication software projects.
2. Responsible for technical support activities including System Configuration, Business operation, System Upgrading.
3. Provide 2nd or 3rd level technical support to existing and new customers.
4. Responsible for preparation, creation, and test execution for any testing phase of the project.
5. Liaison with external parties and vendors to support integration and troubleshooting.
6. Responsible for as assigned by the Project Manager.
Job Requirements:
1. Candidate must possess at leastBachelor's Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science,Electrical/Electronic or equivalent.
2. Having one of the technical skills suchas database (MySQL, PL/SQL), Linux, Python, Shell script.
3. Having experience in telecommunication BSS projects is an added advantage.
4. Required language: English. Candidate who can speak or read Mandarin is an added advantage.
5. Resourceful, good analytical and problem-solving skills with positive customer service attitude.
6. Self-motivated, teamwork and able to work independently.
