Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Beautician to provide professional beauty and skincare services. The Beautician will perform a range of treatments, assess clients' skincare needs, recommend suitable products and services, and ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction while maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform facial treatments, including cleansing, exfoliation, extraction, hydration, and anti-aging procedures.

• Provide beauty services such as waxing, eyebrow shaping, eyelash tinting/lifting, body treatments, and basic massage.

• Conduct professional skin consultations and develop personalized treatment recommendations.

• Recommend appropriate skincare products and beauty packages based on clients' needs.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service.

• Maintain accurate treatment records and monitor clients' treatment progress.

• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all equipment is properly cleaned, sanitized, and maintained.

• Follow company SOPs, hygiene standards, and workplace safety regulations.

• Assist in achieving monthly sales and service targets through professional product recommendations.

• Handle customer enquiries, appointment bookings, and post-treatment follow-ups.

• Participate in staff training and continuously update knowledge of new beauty products and treatment techniques.

• Perform any other duties assigned by the Salon Manager.

Requirements

• Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Beauty Therapy, Aesthetics, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in a beauty salon or aesthetic clinic.

• Knowledge of facial treatments, skincare products, and beauty equipment.

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Pleasant personality with a professional and well-groomed appearance.

• Sales-driven with the ability to recommend products and treatment packages.

• Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.

• Willing to work weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
