Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all onsite client interactions.
• Act as the first touchpoint for onboarding new clients, ensuring a professional and engaging introduction to the company.
• Maintain and regularly update client profiles within the company's CRM system.
• Develop and build rapport with prospective clients to foster long-term business relationships.
• Monitor market trends and client behavior, and work in partnership with the Head of Department, Business Development, and Marketing teams to develop new sales initiatives.
• Actively generate new business leads and manage direct sales efforts (Hunter role).
• Prepare and submit weekly sales reports to track progress and performance.
• Monitor and assess tender opportunities, participating in bidding processes where relevant.
• Foster and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Support the Head of Business Development in trade shows, conferences, meetings, and activities involving principals and clients.

Requirements:

• Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Possesses a strong work ethic and a commitment to achieving goals.
• Must own a personal vehicle for work-related travel.
• Background in sales and engineering is preferred.
