Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via email or phone
• Prepare sales-related documents, such as sales quotations for customers, tender documents, proposals, contracts, etc.
• Assist in tracking sales activities and progress against targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of client requests and orders.
• Perform all other job-related duties as assigned by the Sales team and Management
• Indoor/Outdoor sales co-ordination
• Responds to customers expectation and issues effectively.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales coordination or customer service role, preferably in the trading or distribution industry
