About the role
You will be responsible for providing technical guidance, support, and solutions to customers in the cloud native and container platform area. You will work closely with internal teams to develop and implement solutions to improve offerings and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Provide customers with on-site guidance and training for product trials, help customers solve technical problems, become a technical communication bridge between customers and the company, and maintain good customer relations
- Cooperate with the sales team to identify business opportunities, provide solutions and pre-sales technical support
- Prepare project proposals, bids, test reports, implementation plans and other technical documents
- Collect and sort out the needs from the client and the market, and provide information for back-end products and R&D
- Participate in relevant marketing activities and keynote speeches
- Carry out technical exchanges and cooperation with partners
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of working experience in IT and Internet related companies
- Familiar with the mainstream technology and related company products in the cloud computing industry
- Experience in pre-sales, R&D or operation and maintenance of medium and large-scale projects is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
