Job Description
Responsibilities
Perform day to day processing of financial transactions.
Reconcile and monitor customer’s payment.
Preparation of AR aging report.
Prepare monthly statement of account, issue invoice, debit and credit note, etc.
Placing of orders and ensure requested goods are delivered on time.
Assist Store Clerk in managing store room.
General administrative duties.
Other ad hoc duties as arranged by Management.
Able to work on Saturdays and public holidays (if required)
