Robert Walters Hiring! Full Time Testing Analyst (Financial Services Projects) in Federal Territory - Ricebowl

Our clients are leading players in the global financial services market. They're hiring Testers to support the strategy and transformation works.

Responsibilities:

• User Interface & Application Testing: Execute comprehensive frontend, cosmetic, and usability testing across omni-channel retail banking sites and native mobile software.
• Defect Isolation & Verification: Analyze interface layout performance across varying device screens, utilizing diagnostic console tools to pinpoint, log, and recreate client-side code glitches.
• Transactional Journey Validation: Assess and audit end-to-end consumer financial workflows, specifically validating digital remote registration, fund routing, and account maintenance protocols.
• Quality Framework Architecture: Conceptualize detailed verification scenarios, construct methodical scripts, and conduct stabilization test sweeps inside iterative deployment models.
• Interdepartmental Alignment: Coordinate closely with functional spec writers and engineering groups to decode system parameters, manage defect lifecycles via tracking platforms, and expedite patch deployment.
• Regulatory Compliance Controls: Audit digital screens against standard banking data protection laws, encryption guardrails, and universal web inclusivity guidelines prior to launch.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Business or relevant disciplines
• 2 years' experience in QA/Testing, with domain experience in Financial Services
• Experience in managing user acceptance testing (UAT) in both in an Agile and Waterfall delivery environment
• Professional QA certifications (such as ISTQB) are nice to have.
• Fluency in English is a must. Mandarin capability is a strong plus.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM67,000.00 - RM138,000.00 per year
