Duration: 1 year contract (Renewable basis)
Job Description:
1. To salvage and follow up on STP Online applications that have been declined or withdrawn.
2. To support the team in managing and resolving STP Online-related cases.
Requirement:
Good spoken English
Pay: RM1,642.12 per month
Experience:
- Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
