Job Description

Responsibilities

一、招聘与配置(Recruitment & Staffing)

· 制定年度招聘计划,与各部门确认用人需求

Develop annual recruitment plans and confirm staffing needs with departments.

· 发布职位广告,筛选简历,安排笔试/面试

Post job advertisements, screen resumes, and arrange tests/interviews.

· 组织面试评估,发放录用通知(Offer)

Coordinate interview evaluations and issue job offers.

· 办理员工入职手续(合同签订、工卡、办公设备等)

Process new-hire onboarding (contracts, ID badges, equipment, etc.).

· 管理人才库,维护招聘渠道(猎头、招聘网站、校园招聘)

Manage talent pools and maintain recruitment channels (headhunters, job boards, campus recruiting).

二、培训与发展(Training & Development)

· 组织新员工入职培训(企业文化、规章制度、安全等)

Conduct new-employee orientation (company culture, policies, safety, etc.).

· 调研培训需求,制定年度培训计划

Assess training needs and formulate annual training plans.

· 安排专业技能、管理能力提升课程(内训/外训)

Arrange professional skills and management development programs (internal/external).

· 跟踪培训效果,收集反馈并进行改进

Track training effectiveness, collect feedback, and make improvements.

· 协助员工制定职业发展规划

Assist employees in creating career development plans.

三、薪酬与福利(Compensation & Benefits)

· 核算员工月薪、奖金、津贴,确保准时准确发放

Calculate monthly salaries, bonuses, and allowances, ensuring timely and accurate payroll.

· 管理社会保险、住房公积金、商业保险等法定福利

Manage social insurance, housing fund, commercial insurance, and other statutory benefits.

· 设计并优化薪酬结构及激励方案(如绩效奖金、年终奖)

Design and optimize compensation structures and incentive programs (e.g., performance bonuses, year-end rewards).

· 处理员工薪资查询及异常申诉

Handle employee payroll inquiries and discrepancy appeals.

· 进行市场薪酬调研,保持公司薪酬竞争力

Conduct market salary surveys to maintain competitive compensation.

四、绩效管理(Performance Management)

· 制定/完善绩效考核制度(KPI、OKR等)

Establish/improve performance appraisal systems (KPI, OKR, etc.).

· 组织季度/年度绩效评估,收集评分数据

Organize quarterly/annual performance reviews and collect rating data.

· 与部门经理沟通绩效结果,协助进行绩效面谈

Communicate performance results with department managers and assist in feedback sessions.

· 制定绩效改进计划(PIP),跟进低绩效员工

Develop Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) and follow up with underperformers.

· 将绩效结果与调薪、晋升、奖金挂钩

Link performance outcomes to salary adjustments, promotions, and bonuses.

五、员工关系(Employee Relations)

· 处理员工投诉、纠纷、违纪事件,维护和谐劳动关系

Handle employee complaints, disputes, and disciplinary cases; maintain harmonious labor relations.

· 组织员工满意度调查,推动改善措施

Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and drive improvement actions.

· 管理员工离职流程(面谈、手续办理、工作交接)

Manage exit procedures (interviews, formalities, handover).

· 策划员工关怀活动(生日会、团建、节日礼品等)

Plan employee care activities (birthday parties, team-building, festive gifts, etc.).

· 管理劳动合同续签、变更及解除事宜

Manage contract renewals, amendments, and terminations.

六、人事行政与合规(HR Administration & Compliance)

· 维护员工人事档案(电子及纸质),确保信息准确完整

Maintain employee personnel records (digital and physical) with accuracy and completeness.

· 管理考勤系统,统计出勤、加班、请假数据

Manage attendance systems; track attendance, overtime, and leave data.

· 确保公司用工符合《劳动法》及相关地方法规

Ensure employment practices comply with the Labor Law and local regulations.

· 更新和维护员工手册、公司规章制度

Update and maintain employee handbooks and company policies.

· 配合外部审计、劳动监察及政府申报工作

Cooperate with external audits, labor inspections, and government filings.

七、人力资源规划与战略(HR Planning & Strategy)

· 分析公司人力结构,制定年度人员编制预算

Analyze workforce structure and prepare annual headcount budgets.

· 预测人才需求,建立继任者计划(Succession Planning)

Forecast talent needs and establish succession planning.

· 推动企业文化建设,提升员工敬业度

Promote corporate culture and enhance employee engagement.

· 定期向管理层提供人力资源数据分析报告(流失率、招聘效率等)

Regularly provide HR analytics reports (turnover rates, recruitment efficiency, etc.) to management.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary, Contract

Pay: RM1,766.43 - RM5,000.00 per month
