• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to determine their functional abilities and limitations.Develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs, goals, and preferences.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care abilities, and adaptive behaviors.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, educators, and family members to ensure integrated care.
• Monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.Educate and train clients, caregivers, and staff on strategies and techniques to support occupational therapy goals.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to review and discuss client progress.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with professional standards and regulations.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in occupational therapy and apply best practices to the care provided.
• Provide support in creating a safe and conducive environment for therapy sessions.
