Payroll Executive
Job Summary
Responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing while maintaining compliance with statutory regulations and supporting HR administration.
Key Responsibility
Payroll Processing
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on schedule.
- Verify attendance, overtime, leave and payroll adjustments.
- Ensure payroll records are updated and maintained.
- Prepare payroll reports for management.
Statutory Compliance
- Process EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB submissions.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Prepare statutory reports and annual payroll documentation.
- Liaise with government agencies on payroll matters.
Employee Payroll Administration
- Handle employee payroll enquiries.
- Process new hires, resignations and final salary payments.
- Maintain employee payroll records and confidential information.
- Prepare employment verification and payroll-related documents.
Payroll Controls & Continuous Improvement
- Reconcile payroll data and identify discrepancies.
- Support payroll audits and compliance reviews.
- Maintain payroll SOPs and documentation.
- Recommend improvements to payroll efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, HR or Business Administration.
- Minimum 2 years of payroll processing experience.
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.
- Knowledge of Malaysian payroll legislation and statutory requirements.
- Experience with payroll software.
- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Good organisational and communication skills.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
