Responsibilities
Job descriptions:
- Monitoring kitchen & service delivery to identify and address any issues or bottlenecks
- Coordinating with different teams and departments to ensure cross-functional collaboration
- Analyzing performance metrics and date to identify opportunities for improvement
- Upsell menu items and encourage promotional campaigns
- Managing budgets, procurement, and resource allocation
- Liaising with customers to understand their needs and requirements
- Supervising and providing guidance to operational staff
- Hiring and training new members
- Troubleshooting problems and implementing corrective actions as needed
- Reporting on operational performance to management
- Keep an eye on the restaurant’s sales, checking and maintaining restaurant sales
- Monitoring on inventory management, manage inventory level including food, beverages, supplies, to prevent shortage , minimize waste and maintain product freshness
- Handling of Halal Filing & fullfill Jakim requirements and ensure outlet & staff follow HALAL SOPs requirement.
- Ensuring compliance with food and work safety protocols
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns, events, and marketing strategies to attract and retain customers
- Ensure the restaurant’s physical appearance is well maintained, addressing repairs and maintenance as needed
- Prepare necessary operational checklist and ensure everything follow the SOPs
- Ensure opening & closing procedures are carried out according to company SOPs.
- Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and overall restaurant presentation.
- Prepare staff duty roster and manage attendance
- Train new employers on service standards, menu knowledge, and SOPs.
- Monitor staff performance and provide coaching when necessary
- Prepare daily sales reports and submit to management
- Minimize wastage and report stock discreoancies.
- Manage and follow company weekly petty cash handling procedures
- Report manpower issue, customer feedback and operations challenges to the management.
- Assist management in implementing operational improvement.

EkoCheras Mall, Cheras
Basic Requirment:
- Able to work shifts, weekends and Public Holiday
- Good in communication, Supervise, motivate, and lead team
- Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant or F&B operations.
- Leadership and team management skills
- Good in communication and problem solving abilities.
- Proficient in POS systems and basic Microsoft Office applications
