DENTAL RECEPTIONIST

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly as they arrive
• Answer phone enquiries
• Ensure customers fill out medica history and keying data into clinic's management software
• Scheduling and appointment management
• Process billing and payments
• Ensure clinic is in order at all times

Requirements

• More than 1 year experience in similar capacity
• Have empathy and active listening ear
• Strong multitasking
• Familiar with dental practice management software
• Basic dental terminology

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
