Job Description
Responsibilities
- Record and process financial transactions for multiple client accounts.
- Prepare journal entries and assist with account reconciliations.
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures for clients.
- Assist in preparing financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
- Prepare tax computations and ensure timely submission of tax filings for clients.
- Maintain documentation for audit, compliance, and client reporting.
- Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities for client engagements.
- Assist in variance analysis and performance monitoring.
- Support implementation of internal controls and compliance procedures.
- Identify and report financial or procedural risks to supervisors.
- Communicate professionally with clients and internal teams.
- Respond to client queries and provide timely updates to supervisors.
- Attend client meetings and contribute to discussions and planning.
- Perform any other ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisors or management.
